Fit checker

Will it fit my gun?

Two taps: caliber, then gun. You get the thread, the parts and every can rated for it.

1. Your caliber
2. Your gun

Most common thread

5/8x24

The .30-cal standard, even though it lives in a 5.56-size upper.

Bullet is .308 in. A .30-cal or bigger can rated for .300 BLK. Never a 5.56 can or a 1/2x28 adapter.

What you need

  • Threaded barrel, 5/8x24 (or whatever your barrel is cut to)
  • Muzzle device or mount for your can’s QD system, or a direct-thread mount
  • Adjustable gas block, so a short barrel doesn’t blast gas back at you
  • Marked .300 BLK mags, kept away from your 5.56 mags
