2. How to Start a Return

1. Email returns@nativeindustriestx.com with your order number, item, and reason for return.
2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back with the RMA visible on the package. We do not accept returns without an RMA.
4. Once received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will process refund, exchange, or store credit per this Policy.

3. Sandhill Apparel and Non-Regulated Accessories

• Return within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection.
• Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect).
• Sale items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable.

4. New Firearms

Firearms follow federal law and industry practice, which limits returns once a transfer begins.

4.1 Before the firearm ships

You may cancel and receive a full refund minus any credit-card processing fees, if applicable.

4.2 After the firearm ships but before your 4473

Contact us immediately. If the receiving FFL will return the firearm to us in factory condition and unfired:

• You are responsible for return shipping.
• A restocking fee of up to 15% of the item price may apply.
• Original outbound shipping and the FFL's transfer fee (paid to the FFL) are non-refundable.

4.3 After you complete the 4473 / take possession

• Federal law and industry practice treat the firearm as "used" once it has been transferred to you, even if unfired. We do not accept returns of firearms once you have completed the ATF Form 4473.
• If the firearm is defective, contact the manufacturer for warranty service. We are glad to help you route the claim.

4.4 Failed background check or FFL refusal

• If you fail NICS or your FFL refuses the transfer, contact us within 5 business days.
• The firearm will be returned to us; you are responsible for return shipping. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
• Original outbound shipping and any FFL transfer fees paid to the FFL are non-refundable.

5. Used Firearms and Consignment

• All sales are final. Used and consignment firearms are sold as-is with all faults.
• If an item is materially misrepresented in our listing (e.g., wrong model, undisclosed damage), contact us within 5 business days of transfer for a case-by-case resolution.

6. Suppressors and Other NFA Items

NFA items are the most restricted category. Because ATF paperwork is filed in your name (or your trust's) once you order:

6.1 Before ATF Form 4 is submitted

You may cancel and receive a full refund minus a paperwork processing fee of $[AMOUNT].

6.2 After ATF Form 4 is submitted, before approval

• All sales are final. The $200 tax stamp (or $5, where applicable) is paid to ATF and is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
• If ATF denies the transfer for reasons attributable to your application (e.g., prohibited person), the item price is non-refundable.
• If ATF denies the transfer for reasons attributable to us or the manufacturer, we will refund the item price and paperwork fee.

6.3 After ATF approval and transfer

No returns. Manufacturer warranty only.

7. Ammunition, Primers, Powder, and Magazines

• All sales are final on ammunition, primers, powder, and loaded magazines for safety and regulatory reasons.
• Defective ammunition is handled under the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us and we will help route the claim.

8. Custom, Special-Order, and Cerakote/Threading/Gunsmithing Work

• All sales are final on custom or made-to-order items and on completed gunsmithing services.
• If workmanship is defective, contact us within 10 days of delivery to arrange rework or a warranty claim with the performing gunsmith.

9. Digital Products and Gun Trust Builder

• All digital products, including Gun Trust Builder–generated documents, are final sale once delivered or generated.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item:

1. Contact returns@nativeindustriestx.com within 5 business days of delivery.
2. Include photos of the packaging and the item.
3. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at our expense, or refund in full, at your election.

11. Refund Timing and Method

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
• Store credit refunds are issued immediately once approved.

12. Non-Returnable Items (Summary)

• Firearms after 4473 completion
• NFA items after Form 4 submission
• Ammunition, primers, powder, loaded magazines
• Custom / made-to-order items (absent defect)
• Digital products, Gun Trust Builder output
• Final Sale / clearance items
• Items returned without an RMA
• Items returned outside the applicable return window
• Items returned in damaged, used, worn, or altered condition (beyond what is necessary to inspect them)
