Native Connect · Member Portal

The dealers own it with us

Not a marketplace. Not a dealer portal you rent. A non-captive, federated network of affiliated local shops that share our brand, our systems, and our inventory — keep full ownership, and when you're ready to retire, a real buyer instead of a liquidation. Join as Bronze, Silver, or Gold.

What makes you affiliated

Four things, and you're in

Affiliation isn't a membership fee or a contract that traps you. It's a simple relationship: you stay a licensed, independent shop, and Native sends you business through a shared storefront.

You keep your FFL

You already hold a Type 01/02 FFL. Native never owns the license — you run every regulated transaction. That is exactly why the network works without ATF exposure on our side.

You sign the transfer agreement

Becoming affiliated starts with the Bronze FFL transfer agreement. Zero cost, zero risk — you simply agree to receive Marketplace transfers routed to your shop.

You plug into the network

Once affiliated you become an Authorized Native Dealer (AND). Buyers see one brand; behind it, orders route to the nearest member with inventory — starting with you.

You share the upside

Members share in the margin on what Native sells — not just their own stock. The pool grows every time anyone in the network moves product.

The member ladder

Bronze, Silver, Gold

Every member starts affiliated and climbs at their own pace. Pick where you want to begin — you can upgrade any time as the network sends you more business.

These tiers are economic only — they set your wholesale buy-through volume, year-end rebates, and co-op rebate split. No tier changes your FFL class or transfer type: dealer-to-dealer movement stays within your Type 01's normal scope, and every customer transfer happens at your licensed premises.

Native Connect agreement

What you're agreeing to

Plain-language terms of Native Connect membership. This is a request to join — not a binding contract. The full Authorized Native Dealer agreement is signed during onboarding.

1
You are a licensed FFL
You hold a current, valid Federal Firearms License (Type 01 or 02) in good standing and will keep it active for the duration of your membership. Native does not own an FFL — you handle every regulated transaction and transfer.
2
Tiers are economic, not license-level
Your tier (Affiliate, Silver, Gold, or an eventual acquisition) governs economics only — wholesale buy-through volume, year-end rebates, and the co-op rebate split. No tier changes your FFL class, authorizes off-premises transfers, or creates a different transfer type. Dealer-to-dealer movement stays within your Type 01’s normal scope, and every customer transfer happens at your licensed premises.
3
Non-captive by design
Your customers stay yours and your inventory stays yours. Membership is non-exclusive; you are free to keep selling through your own channels and to leave the Collective on written notice.
4
Order routing & fulfillment
When Native routes a Marketplace order to you, you agree to accept or decline within 24 hours and to fulfill accepted orders promptly and compliantly. Unaccepted orders fall back to the next-nearest dealer.
5
Network fees & payouts
You authorize Native to deduct the network and platform fees for your selected tier from routed-order proceeds, with the balance settled to you via the connected payout account. Fees are tier-based and disclosed above.
6
Succession is your choice
When you decide to retire or exit, Native is a standing, willing buyer for your shop — so your business does not have to liquidate for lack of a buyer. This is an option you may take, never an obligation: there is no right of first refusal, and you are always free to sell to anyone else or wind down on your own terms.
7
Brand use
Any Native brand assets or co-branding are licensed to you for the term of your membership and must be used per Native brand guidelines. All brand rights revert to Native on termination.
8
Compliance & the fine print
You will comply with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. This portal application is a request to join and is not a binding contract; the Collective agreement, fees, and tier are finalized during onboarding after Native reviews your application.
