B&B Firearms: Precision Done Right, Just Bring Your Wallet

B&B Firearms builds long-range rifles the way they should be built: as a whole system, made to order, by people who actually shoot them. It is worth every bit of the hype. It is also not cheap.

Native Industries ·

We spend a lot of time looking at other shops. Most of them try to be everything to everybody. B&B Firearms does not, and that is exactly why we like them.

What they do

B&B is an extreme long range shop. That is the whole lane. They are not trying to sell you a deer rifle, a pistol and a hat in the same cart. They are veteran-owned (a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business), and the rifles are made to order around how you are going to shoot, not pulled off a shelf.

The big idea on their site is simple: do not just buy a rifle, build the system. Rifle, optic, mounting, ammo, ballistics, ranging gear. All of it picked to work together. That is how precision actually happens. A great barrel with a so-so mount and the wrong ammo is a great barrel shooting so-so groups.

Three ways in

They break it down into three levels, which we think is smart:

  • **Buy the equipment.** You already know what you want. Shop it, order it, done.
  • **Build the complete system.** They outfit the rifle, glass, mounts, ammo and ranging gear as one setup.
  • **The private ELR experience.** They develop the system, validate it, and teach you to run it on private mountain terrain.

Most people who are new to long range should not start at level one. If you are spending this kind of money, let the people who shoot these setups every week help you put it together.

Okay, the price

Here is the honest part. Expect to pay.

Their featured Victrix Armaments rifles run from about $11,900 up past $22,000, and that is before glass, mounts, ammo and the rest of the system. A full ELR setup from a shop like this is a car payment for a long time, or just a car.

Is it worth it? If you are serious about shooting a mile and beyond, and you want it right the first time, yeah, probably. You are paying for parts that match, a build made for you, and people who will answer the phone when something is off. Buying cheap twice usually costs more than buying right once.

If you are just getting into precision, though, you do not need to start here. A solid factory bolt gun, good glass and a lot of ammo will teach you more for the money. B&B is where you go when you have outgrown that.

Our take

Great shop. Clear focus. Real precision. Bring your wallet.
